Immigration Legal Advice
Legal consultation for those who have already defined their migratory path or need advice to choose a visa.
In this consultation you will receive a professional analysis of your case, review of requirements and documentation, and answers to your legal questions to apply for a visa or residency in Portugal.

What is the difference between personalized and legal advice?
The personalized advice is focused on helping you plan your migration process from the real experience of having migrated to Portugal. It does not include legal advice, but you can ask general questions about visas and residency, cities, work, language, and how to organize your migration plan.
The legal advice is provided by a lawyer specialized in migration, who analyzes your case from a legal point of view and guides you on specific requirements to apply for a visa or residency.
In what language is the counseling done?
Both legal and personalized consulting services are conducted entirely in Spanish.
Does the legal advice include accompaniment in the visa process?
No. The legal advice is an individual consultation where your options, requirements and documents are analyzed. After the consultation, if you wish to move forward with legal accompaniment, the lawyer’s team will send you a personalized quote according to your case.
What if I still don't know which visa to apply for?
No problem. Precisely, the objective of both advisories (personalized or legal) is to help you identify which options are viable for you according to your profile, your needs and your plans.
Who provides personalized advice?
The personalized advice is provided by Evelin, creator of Hola Portugal and Amiga Viajera. She has been living in Portugal for more than 6 years and has lived migratory processes in several countries. This advice is designed to share what she learned when emigrating, looking for a job, entrepreneurship, adapting and building a new life from scratch in Portugal. If you are starting your journey, this talk can give you the clarity and peace of mind you need.
Who provides legal advice?
The legal advice is provided by Dr. Tatiane Fiel and her team, the TF Advocacia Team, licensed in Portugal and specialized in immigration law. They have years of experience advising immigrants of different nationalities and are external collaborators of Hola Portugal.
