Requirements

  • Valid passport of any nationality (or ID for European citizens).
  • Proof of employment status: employment contract or proof of self-employment.
  • Proof of residency application: residency application, or proof of residency visa application for CPLP citizens.

  • Step 3: Sign the digital document that we will send you.

Documents accepted as proof of residence

  • The proof of address must be from the place where you reside, outside Portugal.
  • It must have your name and address.
  • It must be in one of the following languages: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, Italian. Otherwise, a translation must be attached.
  • The following are accepted as proof of address: ID card, driver's license, utility bill, telephone bill, health insurance bill, bank statement, statement from government authority.
  • This voucher is for information purposes only and no documents will be sent to that address.
